Listing
Deciding to list your company on a stock exchange is an important decision. Most successful privately-owned companies will eventually reach a stage in their development where they consider listing on a regulated stock exchange.
There are two types of listings on SIM VSE; Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Compliance Listing. An IPO is the means by which a company lists when it is seeking to raise new capital and take in new shareholders as part of the listing process. A Compliance Listing enables companies with adequate shareholder spread to list quickly and easily.
