Our English and Chinese language speaking team have both financial markets expertise and experience in both Australian and China, enabling us to bridge the financial needs in these two financial markets and the two countries with close economic and trade relationships. We have experience to help Australian Companies to get access capital and investment from China, and on the other hand, we have assisted companies from China to seek capital raising and listing in Australia.
History
Incorporated in April 2010, AFS Capital was been granted a Financial Services License by ASIC in November 2011. In June 2011, the Company became an Australian public company. In October 2011, AFS Capital Securities Ltd became a Market Participant of NSX and SIM VSE.
